Curtis Bay Soup Kitchen Ministry

Glen Burnie Baptist Church cooks approximately 110 meals in our kitchen and transports the meals in insulated food containers to St. Paul Lutheran Church in the Curtis Bay area.

This is a monthly event and takes place on the second Thursday of each month. On average, there are about 70 needy people at the soup kitchen which includes women and children.  We have a devotional time and a prayer before the meal.  Other churches prepare meals on other Thursdays of the month.  We arrive there at 4:30 PM and depart around 6:00 PM.  This mission has been carried out by our church for over 15 years.

We need more help in the kitchen, and serving food!
